Free exchange
If you have chosen the wrong size or model and want to exchange it, you can do so within 30 days and that is completely free of charge once for orders within the Netherlands. For orders outside the Netherlands, you must return your product yourself. The costs for this are for your own account. You can request a return form via My Account. You will then receive a return slip from us with the condition that your return must meet. These are the following conditions:
Return the shoes clean, unused and in the original, undamaged (not described) packaging. So make sure you have an outer packaging.
If the product has been worn, damaged or used, we will send it back to you (of course you can try on the shoes on a clean floor).
If the packaging is pasted, written on or damaged, we charge € 10 repackaging costs.
You will then receive a GLS return label that you can stick on the box. Then you can hand in the parcel for free at one of the GLS parcel shops. When we have received the package, we will send the desired model/size to you free of charge in both the Netherlands and Belgium.
Free return
Are you not satisfied with your purchase and do you want to return it and get your money back? That is of course possible. Within 30 days of receipt you have the option to return the product free of charge for orders within the Netherlands. For orders outside the Netherlands, you must return your product yourself. The costs for this are for your own account. You may also deliver the product to us yourself. You can request a return form via My Account. The following conditions apply to returns:

When we have received the package, we will ensure that the amount is refunded within 14 days at the latest. Usually, however, within 3 to 4 working days.
